Communication Is Sexy

Being able to communicate how we are feeling and what we are needing, I believe; is essential for satisfying and meaningful sexual expression. When we are courageous enough to be vulnerable and authentic, it can encourage our partners to also take that risk, leading to deeper understanding, deeper trust, and ultimately more enjoyable sex. As women, our common needs are trust and safety, our ultimate goal is full surrender, to receive. Without trust and safety, it is very difficult to surrender and be fully open to our beloved. When we can communicate honestly and vulnerably what it is that we are longing for, it changes everything. This takes courage, it takes time, care and patience.
