Restorative Circle - Practice Group

A follow on from the Restorative Circle Training, we gather in circle to role-play scenarios brought by the members of the group. We call this a “semi-simulated circle” where only one member of the group is affected by the conflict. The group members take turns co-facilitating the process, we allow 1 hour for the circle. In this way, each time a different member of the group has an opportunity to practice this role and gain valuable experience asking the questions, holding the space, tracking, and translating dialogue. The role-play practice is followed by half an hour of feedback for the facilitator, and questions.
